1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 Days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear, socks, swimwear, or hats (for hygiene reasons)

  • Limited edition or custom pieces

3. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color when stock is available.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will provide a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 Days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item, issue a refund, or provide store credit.
